Important! Terms of Use During COVID-19
According to the legal and regulatory requirements, the participating family members shall give us prompt or 2 days prior notice, if any of the following situations occur, we will unconditionally cancel for you and arrange full refund:
Anyone who is sick or has any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, runnynose, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, headache
Anyone who has recently returned from traveling outside of Canada, in the past 14 days
Anyone who has knowingly been exposed to, or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, in the past 14 days
A self-screening document (downloadable) is provided by the City of Ottawa. Please make sure you have reviewed it and confirm none of the symptoms occur. To be safe, the organizer will contact you two days earlier and obtain your written confirmation.
We trust each other and expect to protect the safety and health of our community. Please comply with the above instructions. If you notify us that you would like to cancel, we will arrange the refund. We will appreciate your notice as early as possible so that we can leave the spots for other families.
Hygiene Requirement
Each family shall prepare and wear the masks during the event.
The organizers will arrange seats to ensure a safe social distance of two meters or more between the participating families. The organizer will provide cleaning and hygiene products, including hand sanitizer. We will also provide tables, chairs and art supplies for the event. All supplies, tables and chairs, and gifts will be properly disinfected in advance.
Parents/Guardian Must Read and Agree With the Following
Parents or guardians must read the following items and agree with the following:
I consent to release the personal information of my child(ren) and myself for purpose of the activity and future activities related to the business of the workshop host.
I agree to my child and/or their artwork being photographed or filmed for publicity purposes (e.g. workshop host’s website, brochure, Instagram, Pinterest and other publicity media);
I will stay with my child during the workshop. And I consent to any emergency medical treatment necessary for my child/children during the workshop. I will notify the organizer in advance should myself and/or my child(ren) would ask for accommodation for our medical or religious needs.
I will accompany the child to participate in the activity all the way, including the registration, and the end of the activity.
